Joel Loblaw

Joel Loblaw is a landscape designer and painter based in both Toronto and Meaford, Ontario. He has been featured in numerous solo art shows and exhibitions throughout Toronto.

His artistic beginnings are rooted firmly in the classical Canadian landscape tradition. Throughout the years, Joel has cultivated a vivid non-figurative approach to his unique landscapes, celebrating shape, colour, and form. Utilizing oil paint, burnt plywood, and encaustic, Joel’s paintings convey his bold passion for remarkable colour choices and dynamic composition.
